Shipping & Returns Policy

Orders placed after 1PM (PST) will ship the following business day. 

Please note that our business days are Monday to Friday. We do not process shipments on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. 

We offer FREE ground shipping on all $25+ orders within the contiguous U.S. This excludes shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or APO/FPO/DPO addresses. Shipping costs to these locations are calculated during checkout.

RETURN POLICY

If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your purchase for a full refund within 60 days from the date of purchase.

Returns require a Return Authorization (RA) number. To obtain an RA # contact help@beautymarkinternational.com. Returns will be refunded to your original form of payment within 7-10 Business days from receipt of package. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Vitamins and Sea beauty is not responsible for lost/stolen return packages.  We recommend that you ship your return via a traceable courier with signature. Any returns without a valid RA number will not be accepted and returned back to sender.
